Jalapeno Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. cumin
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cream
4 oz. can chopped green chilies (hot)
Preparation

Grate cheese and set aside.
Bake 2 pie crusts 10 minutes at 350\u00b0; remove from oven.
Put 1/2 cheese in each pie shell. Combine eggs, cream, cumin and hot chilies in blender.
Pour over cheese and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
