Cheese Cake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and sugar.
    Beat eggs moderately; add lemon juice and combine with cheese mixture.
    Place vanilla wafers in paper baking cups.
    Pour mix on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. When cool, top with cherry, blueberry or apricot canned pie filling.
    Makes 12.
