Maryland Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frying chickens, cut into serving portions
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in a baking pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Pour over chicken.
    Marinate for 3 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Yield:
    8 generous servings.
    (This recipe can be made ahead of time and frozen until ready to serve, just heat and eat.)
