Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    diced potatoes
    salt to taste
    2 to 3 stalks chopped celery
    1/2 diced onion
    1 grated carrot
    1 to 2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 to 2 cans milk
    butter to taste
    parsley to taste
    dill to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in small amount of water.
    Add salt to taste. Add celery, onion and carrot.
    Cook potatoes, celery, onion and carrot down.
    Add cream of chicken soup.
    Add milk, butter, parsley, dill and pepper.
    Heat and don't boil.
