Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add milk to yeast mixture.
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Work shortening into flour until mealy, then add yeast and milk.
    Mix well.
    Keep in a covered bowl in fridge.
    Roll and shape into biscuits.
