Tofu Scrambled - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. tofu
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. turmeric
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mash tofu fine.
    Saute onions in oil until soft.
    Add tofu, parsley flakes, salt and turmeric.
    Mix well.
    Saute for 3 or 4 minutes.
    Serves 6.
