Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion
    8 slices cooked bacon
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to the directions on the box.
    Drain spinach thoroughly.
    Shred cheese, chop onion and bacon.
    Mix together eggs and milk.
    In a bowl combine cheese, onion, bacon (grease drained) and spinach.
    Add egg/milk mixture.
    Pour into pie pans.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 hungry people.
