Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. plain flour
1 c. scalded milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. yeast, sprinkled on 1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs
Preparation

In large bowl, combine salt, sugar and butter. Heat milk and pour over this mixture until butter melts. Add eggs (beaten) and yeast; mix well. Then add remaining flour gradually. If dough becomes dry, add small amount of milk. Dough should be sticky. After mixing all ingredients, place in large bowl and cover until dough rises double bulk. Then roll out dough. Cut into squares. Place in pan. Let rise from 1 to 2 hours. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
