Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3/4 oz. cornflake crumbs
    2 tsp. sesame seeds
    1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix cornflake crumbs and sesame seeds together.
    Dip chicken in buttermilk and coat with crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until chicken is brown and crispy.
