Tangy Vinaigrette Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. canola or olive oil
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    fresh ground black pepper
    1 tsp. whole grain mustard
    1 fat clove garlic, peeled and crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in cruet or jar.
    Chill for at least 1/2 hour.
    Shake well before dressing salad.
