Crispy Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour (Swans Down)
    3 c. sugar
    9 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Blend until smooth.
    Beat on medium speed of electric mixer 10 to 15 minutes or until fluffy.
    Spoon batter into greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until done.
    Makes a large cake.
