No-Fail Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Stir and cook 1 minute. Take off burner and beat with spoon until not glossy.
    Spread on cake or use as candy.
