Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
1 rib celery
1 onion
water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
40 Ritz crackers
3/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Boil the chicken breasts in water to cover with the celery and onion. Mix together the soup, sour cream and poppy seed.
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and put in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
Pour soup mix over chicken. Take the crackers and crush. Mix with the melted margarine.
Crumble over top of soup mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
