Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add cottage cheese and egg.
    Add remaining ingredients and knead lightly.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Punch down and knead.
    Put into greased 1 1/2-quart round baking dish.
    Let rise about 1 hour.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
    Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
