Jerk Sauce(For Any Meat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 red onions
    8 c. scallions
    1/2 c. fresh thyme
    2/3 c. salt
    1/3 c. allspice
    4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    8 c. jalapenos
    2/3 c. black peppercorns
    1 c. garlic
    1/2 c. balsamic vinegar with 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. teriyaki
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (coarsely chopping all vegetables).
    Let this whole thing sit for 1 day before using.
    Yield is about 1 gallon.
