Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley (fresh or flaked)
Preparation
    Mix
    the
    first
    5 ingredients thoroughly; shape into a ball. Let
    stand\tin refrigerator for at least an hour.
    Roll over nuts and parsley.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
