Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced onions
    4 small potatoes, diced
    1 carrot, grated or diced
    3 c. water
    3 c. milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in small amount of oil.
    Add other ingredients. Boil until vegetables are done.
    You may thicken with mixture of one tablespoon flour and 1/2 cup water.
