Wilted Spinach Salad A L'Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. prewashed spinach or fresh
6 to 8 slices bacon
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drain juice and save
1/4 c. chopped almonds, slivered can be substituted
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Tear spinach and set to side.
Cook bacon until crispy (save grease).
Crumble bacon into bits. On medium-low temperature, add vinegar, sugar, lemon juice and juice from mandarin oranges to bacon grease.
