Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup (Log Cabin)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. melted oleo
3/4 c. pecans (I use 1 to 1 1/2 c.)
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 until rim of crust begins to brown slightly. Decrease heat to 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until filling is set.
