Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. chili powder (less if you like less spicy)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans kidney beans, drained
    1 qt. tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown onion and ground beef.
    Add sugar, flour, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Add tomato juice and drained beans. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours; stir occasionally.
