Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced peaches
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    3 c. peaches, diced
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Cook 1 cup diced peaches, water, sugar and cornstarch until clear and thick; let cool.
    Have ready a 9-inch baked pie shell. Dice 3 cups of peaches into pie shell.
    Top with cooked peaches and serve with whipped cream.
    Make 2 hours before serving.
