Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Combine jello and marshmallows.
Add boiling water and cream cheese.
Mix well.
Have cream cheese softened to room temperature.
Add pineapple and lemon juice. Mix and refrigerate until partially set.
Remove and stir in whipped cream and nuts. Return to refrigerator and chill until firm.
