Lemon Celery Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
2 1/2 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. celery seed
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
4 c. peanut oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except oil.
Beat until thoroughly blended.
Add oil slowly, constantly beating until thickened. Store in glass container.
Makes 2 quarts.
Keeps 5 to 6 months.
