Potato Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins; after potatoes are cooked, not too soft, peel them and cube.
    In saucepan over low heat, combine cheese and 1/4 cup butter.
    Stir until almost melted.
    Remove from heat; blend in sour cream, salt, pepper and onions.
    Add potatoes. Mix lightly; pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with 2 teaspoons butter.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly brown. Delicious!
