Pollo Alla Parmigiana(Chicken Parmesan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. roasting chicken (I use chicken breasts)
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Wash chicken pieces.
    Beat egg and water in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup grated cheese, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Dip chicken in egg, then in flour and cheese mixture.
    Put chicken in a 2 1/2-quart casserole and pour melted butter over it.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes, brushing occasionally with butter.
    Before serving, sprinkle with remaining grated Parmesan cheese.
