Low-Fat Apple Walnut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    3 eggs
    1 2/3 c. fruit juice concentrate (apple/cranberry)
    1/3 c. oat bran
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. diced apples
    1 to 2 apples, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Let fruit juice concentrate thaw to a slushy consistency.
    In a medium bowl, sift flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and allspice.
    Set aside.
