Canned Dried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. cut up apples
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Preparation

Pour sugar and vinegar over apples in a 1-gallon jar.
Let set overnight.
Next day cook until thick.
Put into jars and seal.
