Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    onions, diced very fine (approximately 1/4 medium sized onion)
    salt and pepper
    2 c. diced celery (fine)
    4 large radishes (red part only), diced fine
    6 eggs, boiled hard (20 minutes)
    1 small jar mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. vinegar to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with jackets on for 1/2 hour.
    Peel and dice while warm.
    Sprinkle with onions (just a few).
    Salt and pepper lightly each layer of potatoes, until potatoes are used.
    Sprinkle the onions in layers also.
    Let potatoes stand for 2 or 3 hours.
