    1 pkg. Stouffer's frozen spinach souffle
    6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
    2 eggs
    1 c. light cream
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    You will need 1 (9-inch) glass pie plate, lined with pastry.
