Chicken Dorito - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag tortilla chips (regular size)
1 to 2 lb. chicken, cooked and torn in pieces
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can Ro-Tel green chilies and tomatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. cumin
Preparation

Place tortilla chips in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with chicken and set aside. In a saucepan over low heat, combine cheese, Ro-Tel, soups and cumin. Heat until cheese melts. Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
