Chicken Pan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can peas
    1 can diced carrots
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts; cut into bite size pieces. Mix soups together. Drain vegetables and add to soup mixture. May use 2 cans of mixed peas and carrots instead of 1 can of each. Add chicken and mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Cover with topping.
