Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, diced
    1 small onion, finely diced
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs, or 1 carton Egg Beaters
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in a large (10-inch) pie (or quiche) pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
