Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
Preparation

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add carrots, oil and eggs.
Beat with an electric mixer until combined.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 13-inch round baking pans.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
Serves 12 to 15.
