Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pecans
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water by hand. Add other ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Coat nuts with mixture.
    Melt butter in pan; put mixture on top of butter. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn several times.
