Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1 c. flour
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Mix flour, bread crumbs and seasoning in one bowl.
    Place beaten eggs into another bowl.
    Dip chicken pieces first in egg and then in flour mixture.
    Let stand for about 1 hour.
    Fry chicken pieces in a mixture of butter and Crisco until golden in color.
    Place chicken pieces in a buttered pan, covered with foil, and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove foil after 1/2 hour.
