Golden Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
4 medium potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.), peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or American (about 4 oz.)
Preparation

In a 2-quart casserole dish, blend soup mix with milk, water and mustard.
Add potatoes and toss to combine.
Microwave, covered, at High (full power) for 9 minutes.
