Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or 1 pkg. chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook chicken and remove from bone.
Cut into pieces and place in 11 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix soup and broth.
Heat to mix well.
Pour over chicken.
Mix flour, buttermilk and butter.
Pour batter over chicken and soup.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
