Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients together until smooth.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
