Beef, Cabbage And Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto or kidney beans, drained
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
Preparation
    Saute beef with onion until beef is browned.
    Drain.
    Blend soup and tomato sauce with seasonings.
    Stir in beans, cabbage, potatoes and beef.
    Mix thoroughly and spoon into 2-quart casserole. Cover. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until potatoes and cabbage are tender. Makes 8 servings.
