Sherried Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sherry
1 medium can pear halves
1 medium can pineapple slices
1 medium can peach halves
1 medium can apple rings
1 medium can apricot halves
Preparation

Heat flour, brown sugar, butter and sherry until smooth and thick.
Layer fruit in bowl (Pyrex).
Pour sauce over fruit. Chill overnight.
Heat through and serve hot.
