Lou'S Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken, skinned
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 c. green onions
1 c. chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 c. Tony's cracker roux and gravy mix
2 1/2 qt. cold water
1 tsp. gumbo file
