Crock Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
6 small onions
1 Tbsp. salt
2 green peppers
2 red sweet peppers
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
2 Tbsp. celery seed
2 c. white sugar
2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Heat vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed until sugar is dissolved.
Cool.
Grind cabbage, onions and peppers.
Mix all together and chill.
Do not seal.
Will keep indefinitely in open crock in refrigerator.
