Zucchini Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. applesauce
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, grated or blended
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Blend oil, applesauce, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Blend dry ingredients together, then mix them in with the wet ingredients. Fold in nuts.
    Bake about 1 hour until firm.
