Stir-Fry Apple Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boned chicken breasts
    2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
    1 slice Golden apple (with skin)
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts in strips.
    Saute chicken in wok or frying pan in oil until cooked.
    Remove from pan.
    Saute vegetables; return chicken to pan.
    Add apples.
    Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt, soy sauce and vinegar well.
    Add to pan and stir to coat while over heat.
    (Mixture will thicken while cooking.)
