Great Northern Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Great Northern beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    half (4 oz.) can chili peppers or more
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. crushed oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook beans with half of the onion and celery until done.
    Add tomatoes, pepper, oregano and cumin.
    Saute the other half of onion in margarine until soft; add garlic powder and paprika; mix with onion well.
    Add all to cooked beans, simmer about one hour. Refrigerate.
    Better when reheated.
