Ingredients

1 c. oat flour
1/2 c. quick rolled oats
3 ripe bananas
2 Tbsp. carob powder
1/3 to 1/2 c. date butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Whiz dry rolled oats in a blender to make oat flour.
Mash bananas.
Combine all ingredients.
Make mounds of dough on nonstick sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven before they appear done.
