Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Stove Top dressing (chicken flavored)
1 stick oleo, melted
8 to 10 c. zucchini, seeds and peels removed
1 c. sliced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix dressing and oleo and put half in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Boil zucchini and onion for 5 minutes and drain.
Add soup, cream and zucchini, then put zucchini in cake pan and top with rest of stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
