French Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
    2 c. whipping cream
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Bring water and butter to boil in saucepan.
    Turn burner off and add flour to water.
    Stir quickly until mixture forms a ball; remove from heat.
    Add 4 eggs, all at once.
    Whisk together until smooth.
    Place mixture in rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove from oven. Cool. Slice tops off and save.
    Fill puffs and put tops on.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
