5 Hour Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or more lean chuck, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
    6 carrots, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    6 potatoes, cut in bite size chunks
    1 c. celery, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    3 onions, cut in chunks or 1/4-inch slices
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca (for topping)
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Put all ingredients in roaster.
    Salt, sugar and mix in tomato juice.
    Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of tapioca over top for glaze.
    Cover and bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
    Do not stir while cooking.
