Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size squash
    1 small onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Dice up squash and onion; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Boil until tender. Drain and place into large mixing bowl; add beaten eggs, cheese, milk, butter and crushed crackers.
    Mix all together and pour into a well greased buttered casserole dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. If desired, sprinkle 1 roll of Ritz crackers on top of casserole before baking.
